Bill's High Bar Routine

So this was Bill's best event. His long arms, extreme shoulder flexibility & excellent form made for an always exciting routine. The release move is called The Gaylord, named after Mitch Gaylord...Olympic gymnast who dabbled in movies...but we won't go there ;) And the dismount...yep, that's 3 flips in the air people... a bit hard to do 3 flips off of anything and land on your feet.
